lp2019 post: Update abstract
It had to be shortened to 100 words. This also more accurately reflects what I will be talking about; it will be a slower pace than I had originally anticipated, and will focus a bit more on some core philosophical concepts. But it will still be interesting to both hackers and non-technical users.master
