Mike Gerwitz	bea28c6ab9	Added -i option for raw input to specified template This is useful for integrating external document into a site generated by repo2html. -i was chosen for "input raw" instead of -r because -r is traditionally meant to denote "recursive"; there is also no way to be certain that a recursive option may be unneeded in the future.
