Joseph Frazer	f6bf042505	[DEV-7136] Add xmli files ... Add a new step to the build process that copies the `xml` file to an `xmli` file. Eventually, the new compiler will create the `xmli` file and the old compiler will convert it to an `amle` file during the transition.	2020-04-08 08:27:47 -04:00
