doc: Convert most sections index appendicies
I want this manual to be useful both to developers and users of TAME, so this distinction needs to be made clear. * doc/tame.texi (Preprocessor): chapter=>appendix. * src/graph.texi: Top to appendix and raise subsections. * src/symtable.texi: Top to appendix.master
