Add diagram generation with graphviz 

* configure.ac (TWOPI, HAS_TWOPI): Add variables.
  Check for towpi.
* doc/.gitignore (diagrams/*.svg): Add output file ignore.
* doc/Makefile.am: Add svg diagram building.
